Containers of Aid to Ukraine
2016 Container Report
On February 20, 2016, UUARC volunteers loaded and sent the first
container of the year to Ukraine. The 40' container was full of medical inventory such as 6 examining tables, 1 operating table, 2 incubators, 2 vital signs monitors, medical supplies,
clothing, wheelchairs, walking aids, new and used toys, used specialized wheelchair, toilet and shower seats for severely handicapped children, and first aid items for Ukrainian soldiers. The
container is on its way to Ternopil and will be distributed according to the distribution plan to hospitals, field operations, orphanages, special needs orphanages, senior citizen homes, and the
needy by charitable organization 'volunteer network "VilniLudy".
Photographs and a report of distribution will be posted after this container’s arrival in
Ternopil on or about March 29th.
